As the President for Title Solutions Group, John and his team specialize in the advancement of title companies by increasing their profitability and overall market share through structured management and accountability systems combined with hands on sales training and coaching.

John has over 25 years of sales and leadership success. Prior to joining the Darryl Turner Companies in 2001, John managed and directed a software sales and marketing team in the Bay Area. John also spent ten years conducting employee training and recognition and reward programs for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Co.

John received his education at San Jose State University and the University of Birmingham, Aston Villa. John has successfully created and implemented a number of sales and marketing training programs. He has spoken nationally on the subject of employee training, recognition and reward and was recently a feature presenter at the 2004 ALTA national conference in Boston.
